More than anything I think people fear changing two things most, their job and their style.  What was supposed to be just a 6" haircut to remove massive weight turned into my almost waist length hair, now right below my shoulders. 

It's not quite as liberating as when I shaved my head in high school, but the reduced weight is a relief.  I wanted the tousled signature Heather Locklear look, but I think my hair will always be too heavy for that.  Either way, my neck is thanking me.
