Large Hadron Collider ready to restart - FINALLY

For one of my final classes in University, I used the LHC (Large Hadron Collider) as an example of a massive landscape intervention that socially and culturally impacted it's surroundings. It was based on the lengthy structure of the LHC that I developed some of my analysis and design prospective research for the "in development" California High Speed Rail.

My group's segment of the project was to discuss the elaborate forms of "connectivity" and how the High Speed Rail could provide various networking solutions while also propagating income. You can read a good portion of our research and propositions here.

I'm very excited to see that the Large Hadron Collider, an immense and lengthy project is ready to start up again. The world waits to see what this particle accelerator could mean for the world of science and technology.
