Man after an insane day of football, wings and leftover pizza, I wanted to cook up something a little more gourmet for dinner. I prepped earlier this morning by cooking up the Polenta so that it can settle into a cake by evening. I cooked enough wings for lunch and dinner. So when night time came, all I had to do was cook up the mushroom and onion ragout. Dinner included wings and drumlets that were marinaded in balsamic vinegar, honey and soy sauce, an onion/mushroom ragout over a savory and Herby Polenta cake, all with sauteed green beans.
