On my way to work, I got a call from the mr. and the first thing he said was "Chris Henry from the Bengals died, he fell off the back of a truck." At first I was stunned thinking what?! No way, this has to be a hoax, I just saw him play. So I went on ESPN to read the news and man it was heartbreaking hearing what his teammates had to say, the 911 calls about his dispute and the man who found his body.
It really doesn't matter what time of year it is or who you are, life and death wait for no one. I hope the team holds it and plays ten times as hard for the rest of the season.. and as one of the announcers said at the beginning of this season, this year in football has had more drama, trauma and events than reality tv.
