Bon Appetit for Monday


Tonight's dinner:
- Soy Sauce/Ponzu garlic glazed chicken wings.
- Roasted Portabello Mushrooms (seasoned with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt/pepper)
- Pancetta/Panko stuffed Roma Tomatoes
- an Asparagus/Arugula salad in a Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette

I'm definitely not the best when it comes to beautiful plating, but these photos can't even begin to show how good tonight's dinner was. Simple and good was the theme.
