It's been a hectic non stop week and because I'm feeling a bit under the weather, I decided to stay home and cook something noms up.
Dinner today was kept quick and simple. An end tail fillet of salmon accompanied by an heirloom tomato and Persian cucumber salad. For the dressing I just used olive oil, a splash of rice vinegar, dill, garlic, pepper, other herbs and a dash of truffle salt.
Tonight's also gonna be a movie night just with me and Louis. >_<. Bon Appetit!
