On the Last Day of Christmas

Crossfit gave to me:

Tabata rowing (8 rounds 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest)
12 pullups
6-30" box jumps
12 wallups (start at pushup position and walk backwards up the wall till you're in handstand position)
24 (each leg) bench pistols (kinda like a one legged squat)

Best yet, a great set of people to share the pain with and even better....

Practicing box jumps!!!!!!! Hip hip huzzah for clearing 38" after the workout.

To our favorite swedish trainer, Par, we'll miss you dearly.
