Two of my favorite fight pals train here and I got a heads up about their grand opening event at their gym this Saturday.  So after crossfit, I'm going to head over there and if you're in the SD area, I encourage you to stop by and say hi too.

You'll be able to meet your favorite Black House Team Nogueira fighters: Anderson Silva, Rodrigo Nogueira, Rogerio Nogueira and Junior Dos Santos. Also scheduled to attend are MMA fighters Mark Munoz, Dominick Cruz, Travis Browne, and pro boxers Aaron Garcia and Mercito Gesta.

In addition to the meet and greets, they'll also be giving away 1 week trials for mma training.
