A Summer Afternoon Snack

More often than not, I eat to my mood and on a beautiful summer day like today, there's nothing better than a light and fresh snack break.

A cilantro and shallot salsa mixed with a kalamata olive tapenade, dried basil, olive oil, salt/pepper, lemon zest and garlic powder.

Paired with savory crackers and a glass of lemon water.

Happy Friday, it's back to working on creative and so ready for tomorrow's fight. I think for the first time ever, I'll be routing for Tito. #UFC
